Update by user Mar 07, 2021 I contacted the company again and let them know the issue and that I left a review on pissedconsumer.com. I received the automated email from customer service stating that an agent would contact me. I have never heard another word from them. Original review posted by user Feb 04, 2021 I ordered the "free" chocolate and paid the $4.95 shipping charge. Did not realize you were required to subscribe and was charged 39.00 in January for another shipment. I only discovered this because I was sent another bag of chocolate. Would have ordered more product due to their MANY emails, but everything always shows as out of stock. It's a shame because the chocolate is good. User's recommendation: Don't get sucked in the the offer of free product.
