scammed about to parrots!

i got scammed 410 pounds when i tryed to buy 2 parrots for transfering my 2 parrot from scotland to london and they sent the birds to france that what they told me and now i have to pay 230 for vaccines and i payed 410 only to get them to france and they are fake scammers!!!
