Lies, drags all over, doesn't answer

I wanted to share my experience. I was given a gift card, I ordered two items, with all delivery, on 20.07.2020. The first news came on this date that the product was still delayed and will be on 23.07.20202. Ok waiting, .. Suddenly there is an sms that the goods will be deducted within 2 days. Well nothing if not, then I won't get it all back. And I already ordered a chair for a child in a children's store. With the idea that I will recover everything. After 2 days I get 0.56 USD. And comes one of the items to the dpd parcel terminal. I write to them, who and how do we get to the point where my gift card money stays?! The answer to the koan is that by giving the code so that I can extract the entire amount to the end, because now practically all my amount remained! Then I am waiting, I am writing to them, for almost a month no one has answered me anymore.And I understand that I will no longer use this online store! And I won't recommend it to anyone!
