Scam sofware
Wife was fraudulently charged $199 fee for subscription after a popup claimed the computer was infected and that she needed to call the number to resolve the issues. They then walked her through allowing them to remote into the computer (to fix it) so they may have been installing a key logger or copying our data. I'm going to reload the OS and dispute the charges. Do not give this company your credit card information or allow them to remote into your computer, they are not legitimate. Do not call any phone umbers which may pop up on your computer that state they help you to resolve your problems or infections. They are portraying to be legitimate companies but are not and besides the initial charges will try to get ore money later.
