He violates all Japanese airbb laws and short terms lets out many properties when it against the law to do short term rentals. He bullies other landlords into keeping their mouths shut and hopes they dont anonymously report him. He is a coward and a fake and any properties tied to him should stay away from. He is {{Redacted}} and a nasty one having threatened many landlords. He sublets many apartments and doesnt even put a TV or cooking pots and pans in and cares nothing for hygiene. He is certainly one of the foreigners japan has let fall through the cracks. I am sure he doens't pay tax in Japan and should be reported.
