The company will not refund the canceled trip. Calls and emails are often not answered. I always "stretch the cat by the tail", I am probably waiting when I get tired (everything will last for half a year), if I answer, then every time I promise that immediately everything will be... All documents are arranged in such a way that nothing can be understood. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
