sat prep – will not refund money due to “cash flow problems”!!!

We returned our test prep product that we purchased for $214 within the 30 days and the customer service team acknowledged it had been received. For several months we have tried to get a refund and have been given the run around including the excuse that they have "cash flow problems" . This company is unethical and has zero integrity!!!
