Sad sofa owner
1
Same thing here in Michigan. Purchased an apartment sized sofa from a reputable Flex steel dealer in a town about forty miles away; side note, I live in Monroe, MI., the corporate headquarters/home to La-z-boy. Nope I would never buy their products, although their products are ingrained into our culture, back to my story. My fabric, I don’t remember the name or number, looked good initially, kind of a retro tweed, blacks, tans and grey. Two years later, it is like an old piece of cheap outdoor fabric furniture. It’s like the fabric melted? The fibers don’t stay in place and squish together? It has this awful plastic feel about the surface of the fabric. Clean household, normal wear and it’s a piece of doo. Should have purchased a Broyhill, like my old stuff fa down in the basement. Next sofa, big lots, better quality, or similar. I am done trying to buy quality. Yes, this sofa was made in the USA. That’s what made me try Flexsteel.
