Update by user Jun 09, 2018 Hayneedle did not contact me. They sent the package from California to New York City then all the way back to Nevada. I asked for a refund as the package was not delivered to me and they refused. I involved MasterCard, disputed the charge and received a permanent credit. Hayneedle is out of control and corrupt in my experience. Refusing to rwfundy me neu when they sent the package all over the US from coast to coast and back. Original review posted by user May 10, 2018 Ordered a hose reel. Shipped from California. Instead of sending it to Las Vegas Nevada it went to Arizona, then New Mexico and latest Texas. Called Hayneedle asked for cancel and refund because it was obviously lost. They refused to cancel order, rudely talked over me and then hung up in me. Had to call MasterCard to dispute charge. Will update this review when I get my credit thru MasterCard. I'm expecting further problems from them before this is over. They are a complete disaster. Avoid Hayneedle at all cost.
