I had a conversation with the support chat and claimed I did not receive notification regarding the delivery of my product which I missed. There were no notifications either by phone or by mail… I said that I was waiting forward for them to compensate me the missed product as it was only good when delivered on time. The operator rudely and condescendingly told me that I must read the user’s agreement carefully before contacting them and that in the user’s agreement it was said that all delivery times are at certain interval. While the explanation was ok in itself, the manner of speaking with me as a customer was way too rude.
