Rude customer service

AThis compny is a scam, they have hidden costs tomrturn items that add up to 80% of the cost of the entire garbage umbrella they sell. User’s recommendation: Avoid virventures.

Fraud, poor service

Today I received an SMS from Telstra that my credit limit (100 dollars) has been exceeded and services will be disabled without payment. Entering mine. The amount of Telstra.org turned out to be 127. 83 cents, notwithstanding the fact that the only thing I have to pay for is a connection of 15. 90. Calling Telstra info and listening there for the bill amount, I answer that it is 27. 83 cents. When I finally call the operator after a long wait, he answers that nothing can be done and I have to pay the amount to keep the credit limit within. Why do I have to pay now if I haven't seen the invoice in detail (it will be available on the 5th or 6th) if the payment deadline is 19. 12? Am I to blame for the error made by Telstra? I am 100% sure that I have not been paid for other types of payments or subscriptions with Telstra,to suddenly have such an amount. The operator also cannot look at why. So how do you know what the amount is if you don't know how it comes from?
