I purchased an Elfa product that turned out to be a manufacturing defect. When I returned the merchandise, the store would not make good on it. I spoke with a floor person, the cashier/clerk and the sales floor manager but was unable to get resolution. I am concerned that the company no longer stands behind their products. I've never had an issue with many Elfa products I've purchased over the years at Container Store. I'm thinking that this is some sort of misunderstanding but not sure how to clear it up. I love Container Store and in the past, the store personnel has been lovely and helpful. Maybe the improved economy makes this retail mainstay less customer focused. Sad.
