As a resident owner of two years it has been a nightmare dealing with Board members @ Rosewood Gardens of Tampa Bay who seem to have no respect or regard for onsite resident owners. Very disfunctional Association that likes to pass partial year budgets; fix very little in common areas; and somehow conduct monthly association meeting in a public setting at a local eatery. What a Joke! While I was living there the roof lanais caved inward & remained untouched for several months before special assessment of $2700. Several reports of vandalizism of common area during my long two year stay. Word of advise: Stay away from this one.
