Update by user Jan 24, 2019 I sent an e mail to the CEO, I got a response. Another client services person, back to square one. 6 plus more weeks to receive the shoes. Contrary to my insistence shoes were not coded properly by Grievance Representative that is the latest excuse. Original review posted by user Jan 23, 2019 Starting from day one July 2016, assured crutches would be delivered numerous times from Tampa Office/ever happened/contacted medical supply companies no one from Carecentrix contacted them/they did not have crutches, this delayed my getting medical treatment, I purchased the crutches. Required custom made shoes/3 inserts. Only received two inserts. Got a pressure wound due to not having third insert. Was @ ortho weekly for 7 months/I have a co pay. Was on antibiotics, close to be hospitalized, still g to ortho bi weekly it has 14 months. They delayed getting me custom made shoes 12/2017 to the present. My right shoe was so worn out from wearing them every day I fell in August 2018, broke 3 teeth, two in the front. My HMO Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida has yet to get me to an oral surgeon. I am diabetic and lactose intolerant I cannot eat the food I need, my sugar blood pressure and digestive system are out of control. Carecentrix Specialist did not return my calls November - December re;shoes. Her response she was busy. December I paid to travel 60 miles round trip to be fitted for shoes. My right leg is 7/8 of an inch shorter than my left leg, left foot shorter than right need a lift. She insisted company would not pay for the lift. It is a medical necessity. She and contact at Gulf Coast Orthotics Venice Florida insisted I needed diabetic shoes off the rack. One month later they admit I need custom made shoes which will be 6 plus weeks to get the shoes. I purchased New Balance $200 they provide support but not the height I need. Now I need a back brace requested it from Carecentrix repeatedly for nine days. Finally got a fax number to send prescription to. Still waiting for a response as to why my request to assign another representative to me instead of Janet Christman the rep who the record will show was lacking in every sense of the word.Her voice mail directed me to the Grievance Dept I spoke to several reps who left a name for me to call back but not an extension number. I am convinced it was intentional; I say this because the all did it. Co is still deflecting the issues. Now my Congressman is involved.
