Advance muffler plus in Champaign worked on my car and gave me an estimate of $50.00 when I went to pick it up they said they had problems and it was now $235.00. They never offered me a chance to review the repairs before doing them. i asked to speak with owner/manager only to find out he was the one who did it. The owner Ed was very obnoxious and demanded his money and was only concerned about himself. I have never been treated this way in any retail establishment. Never go here as you will be screwed and have little recourse.
