I am reporting Uber Ride share company for fraudulent billing and charges practices and misusing consumers credit card information. I recently discovered charges to my card from Uber for rides I did not take and when I reported them to Uber, they refused to refund me. They still refused to give me a refund even after I answered all their questions and requests for information regarding my claim.
