This is a totally restrictive and not open for everyone to use. I'm72 yrs of age and the quiz wanted to know whether I sat or stand at work? I don't have a smart phone so this precludes my participation. I indicated a major life event but never had a chance to indicate what that was. Recently my only child died suddenly and after months of inactivity my weight boomed. What kind of food plan doesn't ask about food preferences? I am a vegetarian and that's a factor in any plan. So I guess NOOM is not an option for me. User's recommendation: Ask better questions early in the quiz.
