Shocked by the attitude of the staff
We vaccinated the whole family against tick-borne encephalitis and the husband was ill at night - swollen lymph nodes, bone pain - I called the reception section to ask what to do? The answer was, "You've all fallen off the shelf, that you call at three in the morning and ask for such an elementary thing," and the phone was immediately hung up.
