They FINALLY issued a refund for $24.03 yesterday! It took 4 months and numerous emails to receive it. Buyer beware with this company!! Original review posted by user May 13, 2020 I ordered a liter of hand sanitizer on 3/25/2020. The item was never shipped. 4/16/2020 I requested a refund that should have posted within 14 business days per customer service emails. After numerous emails requesting a refund its 5/13/2020 and I still do not have my money back. Im reporting carethy to the BBB for fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THiS COMPANY !!
