Internet frequently disconnects and when called customer service they deny to accept the fact that internet is not working. They want to hang up the phone by stating everything is fine at their end. When requested for onsite support, they schedule after 2-3 days and one has to stay without internet until that time.
I have had their internet for 5 years….with vop phone…started out with the bundle with digital cable…1st 2 years I kept having problems with all the used boxes they kept giving me…I think it was 6…after the 2 year intro and the price skyrocketed, I dropped the cable and went with Dish(another overpriced mistake)…the internet improved for...
