This is our 4th home . We had Granite Transformations install new countertops for our first 3 homes and had excellent service and satisfied completely. When deciding on backsplash install we knew to contact Granite Transformations for the job. We selected the tile and had a date. The 2 installers came and mid way, while they went to lunch, my husband and I inspected their work, which was very disappinting. The joints weren't aligned and wavy. The edges around corners were uneven and sloppy. When they came back from lunch we talked with them about what they thought of the job so far. They said that it was a hard job and it was going to take longer than 2 days. Before they left for the day, we talked again and asked if they felt like they were doing a good job and happy with the turnout so far. They said it could be better, but they'll be back the next day. We called the store and spoke with the owner and sent pics. He came out and agreed it wasn't a good install. He sent out another installer that was more experienced. The whole install wasn't much better. We left several messages with no return call. We have pictures and are disappointed and will never refer them again. This is really sad to say as they USED to be a very good company, sticks to their honor and word. We paid $3360.00 and want it done correctly, without damage to our cabinets so we can proudly say, 'Granite Transformations' installed our gorgeous new backsplash. Can anyone get them or someone make this right.
