Update by user Dec 24, 2019 Cancelon has agreed to refund me in full. If you work for a company with low or no ethical values, then I'd urge you to reconsider who you work for. Thank you to the people in costumer service that helped me resolved this issue. Original review posted by user Dec 24, 2019 I used this site to book a room for my son and I on our trip to DC. While booking over my phone, there was a mix up and the room was double booked. They immediately took the money from my account. I was emailed and notified by cancelon that there was a double book and that if it was done by mistake, they would cancel the second and refund me. Since then, I've gotten nothing but a run around from cancelon. My case was sent to management where the decision was made not to reimburse me. Bottom line, they stole from me. This company has no integrity or morals. They have tarnished what was supposed to be a very special trip with stress and they put me in a major bind financially through the holiday season. Please stay away from Cancelon.
