Resolved: No service for new CIVIC with windshield crack.

I bought a new CIVIC EX model at Honda Owings mills ( 9701 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117). However, I found it has a crack on front shield. I asked a replacement windshield last week. They agreed. Today I found they didn't replace it. They just fix ad hoc. I can still see obvious crack in my front windshield. This is totally awful and unacceptable situation. The manager is off today. I have to visit there to argue about this issue tomorrow again. What a terrible service in there. What a waste of time and money !!!!!
