Resolved: No service for new CIVIC with windshield crack.

I bought a new CIVIC EX model at Honda Owings mills ( 9701 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117). However, I found it has a crack on front shield. I asked a replacement windshield last week.
