Poor service, customer care

Banknote cares about customers. There were several loans repaid in two years, 6-7, including a loan in the amount of 400 USD, all loans were paid even in the shortest term, no overdue payment, 700 USD offered. In May, I borrowed USD 50, so there was an urgent need, I applied for an additional amount of USD 100. Occasionally the employee did not like my vote because the loan was refused without explaining the reason. When asked to explain the reason for the refusal, ridiculously said that in order to call tomorrow, maybe the call will give credit, today will not give and will not explain the reason for refusal. So I drove to the countryside, where the internet is not available, I was left with my problem without money.At the moment, the credit limit on the Internet portal has been reduced to USD 200 and a note has been added that applications must be checked in a special way. I don't understand, that's what it's all about. Be aware that if you also repay 10 credits on time, they may later refuse the credit without explaining the reason and make the same self-reliance. I will never use the services of this institution again. There are many other normal lenders.
