Update by user Dec 26, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Update by user Dec 26, 2020 Since the Audit was preformed, I have been credited the missing minutes in my Membership. Original review posted by user Dec 26, 2020 Apparently when I placed my account on hold due to an abundance of Massages being on the account the employee failed to mention that I had 90 days to use the unused packages and or Gift them away! However; the Owner listened to the situation and Completed an Audit into my Membership and Miraculously Reinstated my account! Thank you for the Honest and Fair Customer Service, way to keep your Loyal Members Faith!! User's recommendation: Pay attention to the small print.
