Update by user Feb 22, 2020 I received requested documents. Original review posted by user Jan 23, 2020 I requested documentation regarding my brother's Knights of Columbus annuity. He cashed it in to pay for his care and ,now, I am completing an application for Medicaid on his behalf. I am his sister and POA, responsible for his financial affairs. I mailed my request with appropriate documentation on January 17, 2020. I am required to return all financial records to the case manager within 10 days, starting January 13, 2020.
