unauthorized access to bill

Have a phone account with Fairpoint (who I also believe shares culpability) in which a parasite provider attached to our Fairpoint invoice charging us 14.95 a month. telephone dis-service

*SOLVED

Customer Service never answers the phone. The bills are never right. They take your money and don't credit your account, so the balance keeps rising and you get past due notices. Are they idiots or frauds? You decide.
Fairpoint communications absolutely is the worst I've ever had to deal with: 1.) I canceled my service in March, they billed me for 39.95 for 3 months after that which totaled around $120. 2.) Crawling only through the second door

Today I drive on the route Ziepniekkalns - ¶¶garags 60 bus. Boarding through the front door now ok. When my stop came to the front door, I was sure it would open. This offer will stop, but the door will never open, I asked where the problem is? Seeing the exit being only through the second door, I begged to be let into the lodge. The manager again told me if I was so stupid that I did not know his order to do what I wanted, his door could be ignored and started to drive. I did not give up to at least open another door, I want to get out. I was very busy with this bus. I wish passengers were treated differently or had it been difficult to open the door?
