Resolved: Fine print

Update by user Dec 19, 2018 I received a partial refund. Original review posted by user Nov 19, 2018 I was billed for $89.99 for a product which was offered for $4.95. The fine print says a subscription will start if you do not notify them within 14 days. The sales person should have mentioned this when I ordered the sample. The cream and eye fix are useless. I called to unsubscribe and request that the bill be deleted. I was offered a refund of$31.48. This unsatisfactory and I shall pursue this matter further.Although I wanted only the eye cream I had to buy the face cream too and the result was more than $14. That means this transaction would be over$100. The company is a scam , asking outrageous prices for products that do not perform as stated. Do not fall for their promises and do not buy their products.
