Update by user Feb 27, 2020 Cind-R-Lite, stepped up and paid the full amount of the quote to have it replaced. Original review posted by user Jan 28, 2020 On 12-6-19 while picking up an order for bricks the forklift driver drove his forklift on to the ramp of my trailer damaging it. I asked him not to go up the trailer and tried to stop him but he kept going. He damaged it to the point it wouldnt close and we had to bend it back to fix it. He finished loading it with longer forks after he bent the ramp. When we called to complain they said they didnt have to cover it because they had signs posted that said (Cind-R-Lite is not responsible damage to truck beds, Tailgates, or trailers during the loading or unloading process.) The damage was done from the fork-lift wheels driving onto the ramp that is not meant for 9000 lb. vehicles, not by the product, cargo, pallet or even the forks. Vehicle to vehicle damage from the fork lift. After complaining and arguing with the Safety Manager, I went to the General Manager about this at the main office. He was going to review it after I sent pictures and the quote to repair the ramp. I was informed today 7 weeks later that they still wont cover it. The problem is that I asked them not to go on the ramp and they did anyway. This isn't a ding or scratched paint on a tailgate or truck bed. It's damaged to the point where it doesn't function properly There isnt a private vehicle that can stand the capacity of a forklift. Cind-R-Lite wont stand behind and correct the problem from the mistake that one of their employees made. Im stuck with a ramp that doesnt close properly and they wont do anything about it. I went to Lowes weeks later and saw they had the bricks for the same price, you just have to order them. The delivery fee was $75. Delivery from Cind-r-lite was $260 for the one pallet. Thats why I picked it up in the first place. Do yourself a favor, go to the pro desk at Lowes or Home Depot. You think you cant find the bricks because its not on their website or in the store, but if you order it, its the same price as this place and the delivery is way cheaper. You dont have to roll the dice and end up dealing with a place with no principles.
