Update by user Aug 09, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Phone call to Customer Service resolved my problem. Their website was difficult to use. Original review posted by user Aug 09, 2021 Entering a warranty claim was initially difficult as website apparently crashed or stalled and lost my data x3. I finally got thru to Customer Service and they were very helpful and filed a claim for me. User's recommendation: Fitbit's warranty is good. The Charge 4 works great, but the attachment of the strap to the case is weak and fragile. It needs a redesign.
