Request a voucher for new item just purchased

I purchased a new fire HD 8 tablet (32GB). Did not receive a voucher for a free caseable case. This is my second fire tablet that I have purchased. How can I get a voucher for my new tablet. Not upset with case able. Would just like a voucher for my purchase. Thank you.
