I am so sorry to hear you ordered a wedding dress. I ordered a dress for my moms bday paid like you extra $17. For expedited shipping. The dress cost $48.75. I never received anything. No merchandise no refund. My bank stated I cannot file fraud charges b/c I gave them .my debt card #. I am requesting through Visa to dispute the charge. Had I known day i ordered it..i should have used paypal I would definitely be refunded. My bank said it will take another 60 + days. Good luck with your wedding ..
