I have taken Pureit water filter from Reliance digital from Vijayawada. When I kept water in it, the water is coming out from the filtering indicator. I registered a complaint (customer id: [protected] ) )to Pureit department with complaint number C124623913. When I called to reliance and pureit they are stating that they are send an executive to solve the issue, but no one is serving and getting the issue resolved.
