Refund process

I ordered a wall stickers..... by mistake I cancelled the order ...and ordered it again ...so my amount was debited two times and the refund process date was given as 6th July 2021 and today is 8th july still I didn't get my amount back ...iam trying to contact the costumer care but no one is responding.....I want my 194rs back.....Can you please help me to get back my money
