I was 9 days late by their counting; 4 days by mine. It took 3 days to get a voice. Cannot get contact with superior. I was instructed by original phone person to use patiently, for results up to 4 months. It was not 4 months before I quit; I still have unused product of first bottle. My hairstylist informed me there was no fuzz or improved texture, so I began trying to contact company. I bought the product off a TV ad !!/29/20
