REFUND DENIED

I recently bought Wrap Tummy belt from Take a lot. The belt does not suit my expectations, so when I return for refund, they say it’s not on its original packaging, yet all I got was the belt, one wet and dry wipe, nothing else, not even an Instruction booklet. Regards Buhle Magula 0723248220
