I closed on April 7 and Amrock took the proceeds from my account on April 8. As of April 15 I had not received any disbursement in order to payoff the accounts Rocket Mortgage wanted to fund the mortgage. When I contacted my mortgage person Joe Hervey he gave me Amrocks phone number and after navigating your phone system, Jonathan informed me that the account had a distribution delay and sent me over to Kat who explained that since they did not have the payoff for my credit union loan it was held up. Of course no one bothered to call me and let me know this. My loan payment is due today on the 15th and since I am not late on any payments and take my credit standing very seriously, I paid the payment, even though Kat said they would take care of the late fee, not a very wise decision for me. I have no idea who is supposed to be following up on closing details, but obviously this is not something you take serious. I will never refi with Rocket Mortgage, Amrock or any of your companies and am planning on closing all my Schwab accounts.
