Just recently stayed at your hotel this past labor day weekend and had a very bad experience. Not only was it roaches in my room, but my sheets had stains on them and my husband and I got bites from the beds! On our backs, arms, legs, thighs, elbows, breast, and chest! I will attach pictures and staff was rude and very nonchalant! Horrible service! Not happy at all with my stay! I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life! I don't live with any kind of bugs and when I'm on vacation, I don't except to live with any in my room or bed!! This was very unacceptable and the staff was so rude and did not care, which made it even worse. Only thing I was given was another room with more bedbugs or mites! We checked the room and bed after switching rooms and it still didn't get any better! This is not right! I spent $424.10 for 3 nights to get bit up by bugs in the bed, have nasty sheets, and horrible customer service! This is the worse stay, ever! Something needs to be done about this! I also emailed the manager Veronica Haheu hoping to get some results. So did the lady at the front desk and I still haven't heard anything.
