Hello..... my name is Tori, I have been wearing wigs for approximately 8 years. I usually buy synthetic wigs and spend $50 to $60 per month because they usually don't last any longer than that. Last week I thought it would be smarter to buy a real hair wig because it would last a lot longer and save money in the long run. So, last week I purchased a real hair wig, and I was so excited to see your name on the one I chose because I figured you wouldn't put your name on a wig that wasn't top quality. Unfortunately although I like the style & color, the wig sheds a hand full of hair every day and even falls out when I'm sitting still. I am disabled so I am on a fixed income. I spent $180.00 which I didn't mind doing but I cannot afford to purchase another wig now. Maybe it was just this wig, and I'm not asking for a refund but what I am asking is to have a replacement wig sent to me at no charge. Please if you could help me by doing this I would be very appreciative. It would also restore my faith in the quality of your wigs and I would continue to purchase your wigs.
