Quality issue in respect of Legrand 32 amp switches supplied to Indian customers

The indicator red piece in all the cases is loose and come out or goes in after using a few times.If it goes in the switch becomes very hard and we have to struggle to put on the switch.It is not at all as per American standards.Please resolve the issue
