Purchased made on 5/19/2021 and difficulty with cancellation process. I made a decision without my spouse to purchase and now I need to cancel 5/21/2021 and my calls are not being answered.

Trying to cancel protection purchased days ago and left on hold when I call to cancel. My coverage plan for protection was purchased without speaking to my spouse. Both my husband and I have agreed to cancel but the staff refuse to take my calls and Im placed on long hold to wait. User's recommendation: Not as easy to cancel days later, as it is to purchase.
