PSU powers computer off after brief gaming session.

I was attempting to play Ace Combat Assault Horizon on my PC when the PSU decided to power off resulting in a reboot of my computer. I replaced the previous PSU due to it having a fan that refused to function properly and now this PSU has a faulty PCI-e connector causing it to not function under a heavy load such as gaming. I refuse to pay shipping due to it being a defective product as I already paid to ship the first PSU back to Rosewill and I will not pay to ship a poorly made product back to the manufacturer when it is on their end. I want the full retail price of this product refunded to me not the sale price that I paid for this product. The product's full price that should be paid to me is $89.99 U.S. Dollars before the sales tax in Washington State.
