Property loss claim
It is now February 28th. We started this whole thing at the end of September. We had hail damage. Insurance company sent money to Flagstar in early October. Roof was completed just after Thanksgiving. Took three weeks to get the Flagstar inspection. I guess the code inspection by the city was insufficient. Since then N O T H I N G moves without our phone call. Documentation that was sent is suddenly out of date. Emails with updated docs don’t get opened (2 weeks the docs sat in unopened email) then ANOTHER document review... they are stalling. VERY poor at their accuracy and attentiveness.
