I have a problem with my light. The middle light does not work. It is not the bulb. When I called customer service, they told me that they do not have any parts and that I need to call an electrician. Seems counter productive to call an electrician for a problem that will cost me more than the light. Why make a product that you can't get parts for. I will never buy a Allen + Roth product again.
