Problem with address delivery

Today Ive done a booking for a collection tomorrow 8am-8pm. However I have never received a confirmation email about the booking. I think the email went to the recipients email. The delivery and pick up address were mixed up. Ive payed for pick up collection tomorrow £47. All I have is a screenshot that all information has been emailed to the recipient.
