I purchased the Patio Heater Model# PHX-R in April 2020- thru Amazon- Order # 114-500****-0326606 The product worked [ used sparingly ]until Dec. 10th of this year.- The heating elements did not work. I contacted the Main Office in Denver, Colorado. I got a run-around and was told to contact another office in Ontario, California. / On 12-14 I spoke with a person named Lee- I was instructed to send an email to China to resolve this issue- well the email supplied to me was invalid. VERY FRUSTRATING- The product was GUARANTEED for 1 year from purchase date... I feel like I was cheated of my very honest earned money... Can you or are you able to fix this situation.? User's recommendation: Trustech - nice product- but DOES NOT support its guarantee.
