We bought a Warnerton Ashley Power Recliner in July. 2 weeks after owning, the leather in the sides of seat and armrest started rubbing making a VERY LOUD NOISE. Sounds like a helicopter taking off. I contacted Coleman and they said they would give me $150 toward a repair and 2 companies to contact. Both would not come to my area. I contacted 3 other companies in my area. 1 is too busy and the other 2 didnt think it could be fixed. They suggested rubbing it with leather conditioner. I tried this and it temporarily fixed it until it rubbed off. So, I am stuck with a brand new $800 chair. When I called Ashley, they said I had to deal with Coleman. Coleman told me that is all Ashley would do is offer to repair it. I'm not paying $150 out of my pocket and waiting for reimbursement from Coleman to find out that it cant be fixed.
