I went to Albuquerque hospital 1100 central avenue se. Complained of my left side hurting and told the doctor the other symptoms I was having. I had tests run. Blood work done. I was not properly diagnosed. The doctor said I could have passed a kidney stone. I had on my aftercare instructions to take ibuprofen every 6 to 8 hours. I did ask what about the other problems I was having? I left with nothing solved. The staff treated me poorly. I had to go to another state for medical help in person. I also was not sent a bill. I had to call the hospital and ask. I had been sent to collection agency. I called my insurance company. I tried to file a complaint with Bbb.org. I also called the Bbb (serving New mexico and southwest colorado) and they said I can not file a complaint but I can leave a review. I filed a review online since I could not file a complaint. User's recommendation: I don't advise you going to people who don't care.
