Poor service, no quality control

A 3 month odessey from 6-30-18 to 10-02-18 of failed customer service and no quality control. Extensive damage to our retirement house. No results from local general manager, Jason Poucher. He wouldn't even come look @ the damage. I moved on to corporate in Memphis, Tn. No support there until i got to Brenda Downs, customer relations, vp. She did get some results, such as our GreenSky loan refunded. But the damage resulting from removal of their equipment is still not resolved.
